1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. po188 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials.
• Ensuring that no other person has access to your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Logging out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

po188 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

po188 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents:

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

5.3 Deposit Fees

po188 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

5.4 Deposit Source Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of payment source ownership at any time.

6. Withdrawals and Verification

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after completing KYC verification. Standard processing times are:

7.2 Bonus Abuse

po188 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes simultaneously)
• Using deposit bonuses solely to meet 1x deposit wagering and immediately withdrawing
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes

8. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

8.1 Game Integrity

All games on po188 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by live dealers from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by random chance and cannot be influenced by the platform or any third party. We publish RTP (Return to Player) percentages for transparency.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

13. Account Suspension and Termination
